One-On-One Skill Building

One-On-One Skill Building 〰️
I provide one-on-one support for children and young adults with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles. Sessions are individualized and focused on building practical, functional skills that support greater independence and ease in daily life.
We work on developing communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies in ways that are meaningful and directly applicable to real-world situations. This often includes the integration of creative, arts-based approaches—such as ceramics and hands-on activities—to support engagement, flexibility, and skill development in a more natural and accessible way.
A core part of this work is strengthening psychological flexibility—the ability to adapt, stay present, and respond effectively, even when things feel challenging. Just like we build physical strength through repetition, we can build new behavioral patterns over time that lead to more sustainable change.
This work is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual, with a focus on improving quality of life and supporting meaningful, lasting growth.
