Coaching and Parents 〰️

Change can feel vulnerable. My goal is to make parent coaching approachable, practical, and grounded in what actually works. I collaborate with parents and care teams in a way that avoids unnecessary jargon, meets families where they are, and helps create more ease—even during the hard moments

I work with families navigating ADHD, autism, emotional behavioral challenges, and other neurodivergent profiles. Together, we focus on reducing daily struggles, improving communication, and building more flexible, manageable routines in and out of the home

How I Support Families

Individualized parent coaching/collaboration

  • 1:1 sessions focused on your child, your family, and your real-life routines. We identify what’s getting in the way and develop clear, practical strategies you can use right away.

Behavior Assessments

  • Understand why behaviors are happening and what to do next. Functional behavior assessments help identify patterns, triggers, and maintaining factors so we can build a clear, effective plan for change.

Family Meetings

  • Structured, individualized support to improve how your family functions together. These sessions focus on communication, expectations, and creating consistency to support long-term behavior change.

Collaboration with care teams (other stakeholders that support an individual)

  • I work closely with schools and other providers to develop appropriate, person-centered goals and ensure consistency across environments. I also support parents in advocating for their child’s needs.
